Boxbreak FAQ: What is a Boxbreak? - A Boxbreak is an event hosted weekly—or multiple times a week—by our content creator/Boxbreaker. All buyers of Boxbreak products gather on the Twitch channel on the day of the break. All items and boosters purchased from the Boxbreak category are opened. Collectors, players, and enthusiasts of the hobby come together to celebrate the opened boosters and chat with other like-minded hobbyists in the live chat! Will my purchased items be opened if I make a purchase during the live stream? - Yes, as a rule, all items purchased during the live stream will be opened. If not, ask in the chat how long the queue is and whether you’ll be next today. When will my purchased boosters be opened? - Your current order will be displayed in the live stream based on your order number. Do I have to pay for shipping twice or multiple times if I want to make another purchase? - No, if you’ve already paid for shipping for the Boxbreak and want to make another purchase, you can select the “Pickup” shipping method afterward. This way, shipping is free for every additional order. We’ll pack all orders into one package. This is ONLY available for orders placed within 48 hours! Otherwise, please contact us :)
